Perfect for use as a warm or cold compress depending on your needs.

In order to warm up - heat the hot water bottle in a 300-600W microwave oven for no longer than 1 minute or 4 minutes in an oven preheated to 120 degrees Celsius.

In order to get a cold compress - put the hot water bottle in the freezer for about 30-60 minutes (in a clean and dry foil bag).

Aftercare

Remove the filler into the bowl and wash the cover at 40 degrees maximum.

Cherry pits

They are a natural material that perfectly keeps both heat and cold. Products filled with cherry pits can be used as heating or cooling compresses.
